Who is FRA Services and why have I been contacted?

FRA Services is a specialized and independent service provider for financial risk analysis. We have been commissioned by your client (our mutual client) to carry out an impartial assessment of your company’s financial stability as part of the supplier risk management process.

Are there any costs associated with this assessment for my company?yse für mein Unternehmen mit Kosten verbunden?

No, participation in this risk assessment is completely free of charge for you. All costs for our services are covered by your customer.

What is a financial risk analysis (FRA)?

A financial risk analysis is a comprehensive assessment of a supplier’s financial stability. It helps to ensure the continuity of the supply chain at all times.

Is participation in this Risk Assessment mandatory?

We act strictly on behalf of your customer. Participation is highly recommended, as transparency is a key component of the trusting relationship between you and your customer.

How is the security and confidentiality of my company data ensured?

Data protection is our highest priority. Your documents are transmitted via secure, encrypted channels (e.g. our Scorebox). Your data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and stored on servers based in Germany that meet the highest security standards.

Is there a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and will data be shared with third parties?

Your data will be used solely for the purposes of analysis on behalf of this specific client and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent. If requested, we are of course willing to sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) beforehand.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored and used solely for the purpose of processing orders in our web tool, scorebox.

The results are summarised in an objective report and made available exclusively to your client (our client) to assist them with their supplier risk management.
